Woman hits boyfriend with car after she finds out he is HIV-positive

After her boyfriend told her he was HIV-positive, Misty Lee Wilke allegedly responded by hitting him with a Mustang. She says that she did not intend to hit him, but Wilke, of Phoenix, Arizona, is being charged with aggravated assault and attempt to commit second-degree murder.
